3) How to manage bilateral meetings?
Booking of meetings opens a few weeks before the event or after a certain number of participants’ registration. You will be notified by an e-mail alert once booking is open.

Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance of your request acceptance. Usually, accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically. Timeline
Registration for this virtual partnering event opens on 1st of October 2021. Then, our partnering platform, One-on-One Partnering, will open on 22nd of October. So the participants will have up to four weeks to make connections and request online meetings. From 8th of November 2021 the virtual event starts with online scheduled meetings for four days through 12th of November.
