2) Make yourself visible through an outstanding business profile

COMPANY PROFILE

Take advantage of the opportunity and introduce your company by publishing a clear profile. The more detail like company background, business offers and interests you provide, the more you will benefit from the event matchmaking tool. Your co-operation profile is your online business card.

3) How to manage bilateral meetings?

Booking of meetings opens a few weeks before the event or after a certain number of participants’ registration. You will be notified by an e-mail alert once booking is open.

Be active, not reactive. Browse published participants’ profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance of your request  acceptance. Usually, accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically. Thus you have immediate access to the time and location of a confirmed meeting.

4) During the Event

Timeline

Registration for this virtual partnering event opens on 1st of October 2021. Then, our partnering platform, One-on-One Partnering, will open on 22nd of October. So  the participants will have up to four weeks to make connections and request online meetings. From 8th of November 2021 the virtual event starts with online scheduled meetings for four days through 12th of November.
